Kensley Health was founded by industry veterans who pair deep clinical knowledge with decades of operational and financial expertise in the home healthcare sector.

Together, our leadership brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in home health and home care, spanning clinical care, accounting and finance, operations, human resources, sales and marketing, and technology implementation. We help agencies streamline operations, put critical technology systems in place, strengthen financial controls, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable growth.

 

Our clinical foundation runs deep. With years of frontline nursing experience on our team, we understand patient care from the bedside up, not just the back office. That perspective shapes everything we do, ensuring that operational and financial decisions always serve the people receiving care.

 

Our team has held executive and director-level roles across finance, operations, and business development, with particular depth in the EEOICPA space. We focus on the complex operational workflows of intake and authorizations, ensuring the "White Card" program translates into seamless care for patients and sustainable growth for the agencies we support.

 

This work is also personal. One of our founders grew up just miles from a former nuclear site whose legacy directly affected his own family. Having seen the impact on workers and their families firsthand, our leadership is committed to improving the standard of care with the same advocacy we would want for our own loved ones.

 

As a team that includes a military veteran, we hold a special commitment to serving those who served. Many of the workers and families touched by the EEOICPA program gave years to our nation's defense and energy programs, and we are honored to advocate for the care they have earned.
